Global Coast Center: A Collectible Masterpiece in the Bay Area

  • May 12, 2026

When the narrative of global luxury real estate shifts from mere numbers to the poetics of living, the benchmark of evaluation is no longer price appreciation and location, but rather an unreplicable life experience. It focuses on scarce resources, an exclusive community, comprehensive mixed-use amenities, and a personalized, quality-driven approach, ultimately fulfilling a profound proposition on “how to live.”

When openness becomes the very DNA of a bay area, it transcends a mere geographical concept to become a resonant field for global resources, wisdom, and innovation. Here, capital, talent, and ideas collide to ignite boundless momentum for growth. In the East, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area naturally assumes this mission. Positioned at the absolute heart of the Bay Area, the Global Coast Center (GCC) is leading a new “philosophy of living” with a posture that dialogues with the world. Overlooking Shenzhen Bay to the south, resting against the Wetland Park to the north, gazing upon the prosperity of the Futian CBD to the east, and commanding a view of the Shenzhen Super Headquarters Base’s innovation to the west—existing in boundless harmony with nature.

This is a residential paradigm co-created by a constellation of global design masters. Presented here are the three signature residences from the initial offering in Tower T3, meticulously crafted by Yabu Pushelberg, Kelly Hoppen, and TOA. Every space serves as an articulation of a living philosophy; and every articulation converges into the spiritual panorama of the international Bay Area’s crowning masterpiece. It does not merely follow the era; rather, it redefines a lifestyle through a profound understanding of “land, nature, and quiet luxury.”

World-renowned design duo Yabu Pushelberg has crafted the public lobby and the approx. 402m² show residence. As they bring their signature “luxury within minimalism” to this convergence of mountain and sea, a quiet dialogue between space and nature begins. It is a design that shapes scenes, captures the spirit, and distills the luminosity of the sky and the rhythm of the sea into the essence of daily life.

The master bedroom unfolds with the ceremonial grandeur of double doors. The walk-in closet resembles a blue jewel box, where the Rimadesio glass system dances with light and shadow, orchestrating a restrained sense of surprise. Complemented by a backdrop of metallic grilles that outline rich spatial layers, it perfectly articulates the true essence of “discreet luxury.”

Here, every desaturated backdrop serves to accentuate the boundless blue beyond the window. Every exquisite detail—from the soft illumination of the curved ceiling to the embracing comfort of the curvilinear furniture—is dedicated to the ultimate human experience. The living space consciously yields to nature; thus, the ocean breeze, the shifting daylight, and the city’s neon glow all become the most luxurious backdrops to daily life.

When Kelly Hoppen’s signature Eastern philosophy merges deeply with the concept of “Breathable Space,” the result is a sanctuary of “Quiet Power” that transcends mere physical boundaries. This approx. 327m² residence allows design to speak not through words, but through light, texture, and a fluid connection to the bay.

The space is guided by a rhythm of soft curves—from the fluid ceiling to the rounded furniture—dissolving hard boundaries against a pure backdrop of white marble, warm oak, and limestone. Hoppen’s iconic neutral palette of sand, taupe, and ivory weaves through the open living area, where bespoke pieces, such as chairs inspired by Chinese folding fans, stand as modern sculptures.

Ultimately, the design fulfills its mission by quietly receding. In the master suite, where a 270° panoramic view captures the shifting sky and city lights, the interior creates a stage of “quiet drama,” prioritizing the raw poetry of the bay over fleeting trends.

Interpreting the “Casa Milano” philosophy, The One Atelier orchestrates a quiet dialogue between Italian rationalism and Oriental subtlety in this approx. 303m² aerial residence. The project defines luxury as an inward journey of serenity and composure, further elevated by the exquisite Armani / Casa collection.

The design employs a bold use of “negative space,” rejecting redundant decoration to let the authentic textures of warm wood, steady stone, and fine fabric compose a livable, three-dimensional painting that embraces the vast seascape. This narrative of silence flows seamlessly into the private quarters, where layers of natural materials balance the void and the solid. By blending the Oriental wisdom of concealment with the Italian craft of expression, TOA outlines a contemporary spiritual home that creates a sanctuary for the self.
